Eating Meat Can Reduce YOUR Chances of Becoming Ill in Retirement

Scientists at Tufts University studied more than 2,500 people to determine if a specific type of meat may reduce the risk of becoming ill in retirement age. The findings revealed less likelihood of the development of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, excess inflammation and dementia when adequate levels of a specific type of meat was ingested on a regular basis.
