Perdue recalls nearly 32,000 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken nuggets, strips and tenders over possible ‘bone material’ contamination

Perdue Foods is recalling nearly 32,000 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken products over contamination fears.

The company, based in Virginia, issued the recall after customers allegedly found bits of ‘bone material,’ the US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) said in a release last week.

Health officials say no one has reported any ‘adverse reactions’ yet from consuming the products.
