Vitamin D Linked to Low Virus Death Rate

Beyond regular hand washing, social distancing, mask wearing, getting adequate sleep, eating a well-balanced plant-based diet and regular exercise to resist and improve immunity against viruses, there are many other ways to prepare for the inevitability of encountering viruses and other microbes. A new study from Anglia Ruskin University has found an association between low average levels of vitamin D and high numbers of COVID-19 cases and death rates.
