I have suffered from seasonal allergies since being in the valley (since 1979) and before that.
A while back I discovered Curcumin for Cancer prevention. I had had Follicular Lymphoma 2011 of the small intestine and began discovering many other supplements to keep the Lymphoma from coming back. Cancer free since August of 2011. This type of Cancer can return.
Anyway I have found that if I take 400mg of Super Bio Curcumin from Life Extension. every day that I am 90% free of any seasonal allergy symptoms. I still have a small amount of eye irritation. Thanks for all your help over the years.
