Oh—Here’s a BIG STROKE! I’ve been taking vitamin B6 and my arm (which has been plaguing me for years with pain and numbness due to computer work—even physical therapy didn’t work very well) is almost completely normal! And just four months ago my boss was recommending steroid shots! (She’s had them twice, but I said, “No thank you” to them.)
