Thank you so much for your prompt response. We are going on a cruise to Hawaii in Nov.(the 18th). Is there something we can take to help ward off dengue fever ? I know we should wear long sleeves and pants. I heard that taking vitamin B complex vitamins helps to ward off mosquitos. Is this true? Any suggestions would be greatly apppreciated.
