My wonderful parents taught me to always be thankful for what you have, and what you have received, no matter how big or small. Late last night I e-mailed you with a problem I’ve been having with no answers. You called me first thing this morning and gave me some hope and another plan of action to persue. I already have an appointment set up for tommorrow. I would be remiss if I didn’t thank you. –And for the record, when you did call, it isn’t usually quite so chaotic! I sincerely thank you and wish you all the success in the world.
