I e-mailed you about 2-3 weeks ago reference my desperation with hot flashes and I assume I’m beginning menopause. I was ready to request HRT (only out of desperation) as I couldn’t get relief from progestrone cream and black cohosh. You recommended progestrone cream with estrogen and it worked!!! Thank you so much for saving me, I had almost given in to something I feel so strongly against and that is HRT!!
