Is it Healthier for Children to Eat Breakfast or Skip it All Together?

According to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), 20% of children in the United States skip breakfast, meaning a sizable portion of American children do not eat breakfast regularly. Should parents, grandparents and educators be concerned about children between the ages of 10-17, that skip breakfast? Researchers analyzed data on almost 150,000 young people across forty-two countries to determine if skipping breakfast had any negative effect on children’s level of life’s happiness and cognition.
