You mentioned that a UCLA Veteran’s study showed kercumin (I’m not sure how to spell it) was helpful in inhibiting the accumulation of destructive beta-amyloids in the brain and also breaks up existing plaque.
Where do you buy it and how do you spell it. Not even an Indian spice shop has ever heard of it. They all refer to cumin. I know you said it was a yellow pigment which was found in curry spice, but it sounded like it was sold as a separate spice or did I misunderstand you. Do I tell my friend just to buy lots of curry and green tea?
This is really exciting cutting-edge information. Keep up the great work! I don’t know what we would ever do without you–you have helped so many people with your vast knowledge and caring attitude toward your devoted listeners.
