I am a US citizen living in Brazil. The health care here is medievel at best. So I catch your show every week on Streaming Audio. It is the best medical advice available it really helps me to find alternatives to any medical issues that may arise.
Lately I have been developing pain off and on in my lower right abdomen. I had my appendix out about a year ago and had no problems during recovery. I have had problems with constipation for most of my adult life and thought that might be attributing to this problem. Ibuprofin does help with the pain and usually the next morning after an eppisode it feels close to normal again. Thank you so much and I love your program and appreciate whatever ideas you might be able to share.
