Second try…please pass to Dr. Bob if possible. I would like you to pass along to your listeners, just how important it is not to have liquid with the meal. I have taken your advice and tossed out my jar of “Cease Fire” good as it may be. I heard you say this when you where a guest on a med. talk show some time ago. Keep doing the vital service that you do, I find it invaluable.
