I enjoyed your interesting comments about the placebo syndrome last Sunday and that sometimes the cure lies inside of our beliefs. These comments brought me memories of my youth when I read regularly the Gospels and a special instance where Jesus Christ cured a very sick woman, telling her after the miracle that it was her faith that has made her well (Mark 5.34)………and dear doctor, as you know, this was v-e-r-y long ago.
