Bucking San Francisco’s strict citywide COVID vaccine mandate requiring proof of “full vaccination” to access many indoor public spaces, the San Francisco In-N-Out location refused to require its patrons to show proof they had received their full round of experimental COVID-19 injections to dine indoors.
