Watching reality shows on television are very popular these days. Especially, those where people are stranded in some remote place where they must search for their own food and water. Most contestants or competitors start losing weight within the first week of arrival because they’re consuming less calories and moving around more. As hunger sets-in, the first thing they decry, is a desire for more protein. Mind you, not calories in general, but more protein.
