Prostate Cancer is Fueled by High-Fat Diet and Red Meat

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer among men, except for skin cancer. This year, an estimated 175,000 men in the United States will be diagnosed with prostate cancer. The United States has the 5th highest rate of prostate cancer on earth. So, if you want to develop prostate cancer, eat like someone who advocates a high fat diet including red meat and dairy foods, then, essentially tells you to avoid fiber rich carbohydrates, which do just the opposite.
