Using Salt in YOUR Food Increase Alzheimer’s Disease Risk

The US Department of Agriculture recommends we consume no more than three-quarters of a teaspoon of salt each day. Unfortunately, most Americans eat nearly, a whopping 50% more salt than our brain and body, can healthfully tolerate.
