50% of Millennials and 75% of Gen-Zers Have Quit their Jobs

According to the results of a study published in the Harvard Business Review, half of millennials (ages 23 to 38) and 75 percent of Gen Zers (ages 18 to 22) claim they have quit their jobs because of mental conditions.  It’s a stark contrast from the 10 percent of baby boomers (ages (ages 55 to 73) who said they’d done the same.
