Top 9&10 Health hints you can do in your kitchen:

1. Throw your tomatoes against the wall to see if they bruise- non-genetically modified tomatoes bruise.
2. If your eating fruit cocktail, throw out the red dye maraschino cherry-it’s cancer producing. In fact, throw out the whole fruit cocktail and eat fresh fruit instead.
3. Wash your hands before handling bananas and other fruits that need to be peeled before eating. You can transfer chemical residues to the fruit otherwise.
4. Wash all the outsides of the cans you are about to open. Dried rodent droppings (feces) can be transferred to the inside contents of the can. In addition, who handled the can before you purchased it?
5. Don’t store vitamins in the refrigerator. Moisture builds up when it has placed in and out of cold and warm environments. What this does is it speeds up the deterioration.
6. Take the edge of a knife and try scrapping the surface of your fruit (e.g. Apples, etc.) If you notice a white waxy mound pilling up, you’ve got wax! Next time purchase organic fruits and vegetable.
7. Take all your store bought spices like pepper etc., and dump them in your garden as compost. Most all-commercial spice has been irradiated. Prepare your own spices at home or when purchasing them from a health food store make sure they haven’t been zapped.
8. If you have artificial fluorescent lighting in your kitchen replace them with full spectrum vita lights or grow lights.
9. Make sure the chairs you sit down on at the kitchen table have proper posture support and are comfortable. If you are stressed biomechanically while trying to eat it could impact adversely on your ability to enjoy and digest your food.
